At Oco, we want you to feel secure with your smart home setup. If you are not completely satisfied with your cloud camera, you can return your device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via email or through your Oco account dashboard to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the camera, original power cables, and mounting hardware back into the original packaging to ensure the device is protected during transit.
Ship the Device
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
